Need to do a long slow run?

I qualified for Comrades with my 4.15 Melbourne Marathon in October, so now I'm starting to build my base after a bit of a rest.

Let me know if you want to join me for my long runs - I'll be doing plenty of milage, so the company will be appreciated!

First run: Sunday, 2 December. 17km Freshie Loop - takes me about 2 hours 10 minutes.

Meet at my house at 6.30am.
